Responsible for the management of natural resources, energy systems analysis and plan­ning of energy systems development based on systems approach, ener­gy auditing; concept of smart energy system development based on sustainable development; im­plementa­tion of mo­dern technologies for ener­gy conservation in industry; environmental problems. Computer modelling of technological processes with aims of their optimisation from the point of view of energy efficiency. Smart energy grids development. Smart cities. Smart water grids development.

Internet technologies: development of software for on-line education and a component oriented visualisation of diagnostic systems. ·         Over 25 years of progressively responsible experience in the development of the methodology for an effective energy and environmental policy on the basis of the systems approach focusing on the management of natural resources and on analysis and planning of rational energy production, distribution and consumption; microeconomics analysis and planning of energy systems for developing countries and countries in transition for its optimisation and rational energy use including the assessment of natural resources and environmental aspects.

·         Energy analysis and implementation of modern technologies for energy conservation in industry, energy auditing, solving environmental problems; development of a computerized infrared devices for energy auditing in centralized heating systems and technological processes.

·         During last fifteen years I am a supervisor of diploma works of Belarus State University and Belarus Technical University students.

·         Training of trainers, lecturer and tutor for intermediate- high-level management (energy policy, the management of natural resources, energy economy, environment, etc.)

·      Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity. Co-operation with governmental departments, industrial/ commercial organisations at home and abroad as well as with international organisations and institutions (such as chambers of commerce and industry, trade associations, financial organisations, ministries, UN - UNIDO,ECE, IAEA, etc.).
